Sugar Dough Pie Crust

Super easy and delicious pie dough. I like to use it with Pear and Almond Tart and Bakewell Tart.

138 g/ 4 ¾ oz butter
98 g/ 3 ½ oz powdered sugar
⅓ lemon, zested
260 g/ 9 ⅛ oz flour
2 g/ ⅓ teaspoon salt
1 egg

Cream together butter, sugar, and lemon zest.

Add flour and salt and mix just until incorporated.

Add egg and mix just until incorporated.

Rest at least 1 hour, or overnight.
