Another St Germaine cocktail. Made by a bartender at the BLT Restaurant at the Camelback Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona for our friend Angela S. after a discussion of their mutual love for Hendricks and St Germaine. Unfortunately the bartenders exact name is forgotten but the Q is for him.
Fleur de Q
2 oz Hendricks Gin
1 1/2 oz St Germaine
lime wedge
cucumber spear
soda
mint
Mix together Hendricks, St Germaine and cucumber spear. Squeeze lime wedge and toss together. Pour into highball glass over ice. Garnish with mint.
We have officially named this cocktail… The Angela.
