Book – Momofuku – David Chang/Peter Meehan

You get a real feel for David Chang the man, as well as his recipes, with this book. So far, we’ve only tried the slow-cooked short-ribs, but if they are anything to go by, then this book is a must-have. Chang himself comes across as a down-to-earth, very witty guy, which makes just reading this book a pleasure, although I defy any reader not to drool profusely and be motivated to try Chang’s food in their own kitchen after spending a few minutes with this book.
