Book – Meat – Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall

As the title suggests, this book is about meat, but it’s also about so much more than that. It highlights a deep respect for the animals used in the recipes, in fact, those who would rather not think about the animals behind the meat, and their lives prior to being slaughtered, may find the book a little graphic.

Fearnley-Whittingstall provides a very honest and open look at the raising and eating of animals in a humane manner. I cannot recommend it enough.
