Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall – Inspirational

I really enjoy Hugh FW’s recipes and ethos – it’s food at its best – relatively simple recipes, sometimes requiring a little bit of faffing around, but worth the effort as they always culminate in delicious food, much more than the sum of their parts. It’s some of the best that modern British cooking has to offer.
