Picked this up at Stumptown on recent trip to Portland. Like the El Carmen It is from the Antigua region with rich volcanic soil and 1550-1800 meter elevation. It is shade grown and hand picked. Also like the El Carmen is traditionally patio dried giving a distinctive blue-green color to the bean. The varietals are Caturra and traditional Bourbon. Santa Clara has won the Guatemala Cup of excellence in 2001, 2009, and 2010.
