Christmas is coming and I certainly hope that the geese are getting fat – we’ll be picking ours up a few days before Christmas.
Alongside that, instead of a roast turkey, we are trying a new recipe (new to us anyway), based on Donald Link’s (The Chef at Cochon, in N’aarlins), Boudin-stuffed Turkey Breast. Details of the recipe will follow. At some point. Probably.
