120 g/ 4 ¼ oz butter
120 g/ 4 ¼ oz sugar
½ lemon, zested
½ tablespoon vanilla extract
120 g/ 4 ¼ oz almond flour
20 g/ ¾ oz flour
2 eggs
Cream together butter, sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.
Add almond flour and flour and mix just until incorporated.
Add eggs and mix just until incorporated.
